Can reg. surfers contribute? I know a lot of loyal PR3-4 rated sites visitors who might be able to help with this.

thank you for asking - our webmasters are not part of an affiliate program as you may think. We sell plugin movies to webmasters who then in turn put them on their website(s) for a monthly fee. We keep records of all the sites our feeds are on and have (as many do) protected URL's so that they cant be used elsewhere.
If anyone wishes to help - I suggest that if they are a webmaster that they get their own lawyers and file their own lawsuit with the help of the free speech (just dont sit back and assume they will be the only ones filing).
A surfer could help by going to the free speech website and contributing there. that would be the best and more direct path to helping everyone in the industry out. The money will be used wisely. http://www.freespeechcoalition.com/
Affiliate programs have their own problems now considering that its more of a matter of getting the documentation together (ID's) etc specifically content purchased outside USA, then matching it to the content online. Companies that have live cameras once again have their own set of problems coming up with ID's and getting them to webmasters who signed up for a percentage of the sales.
Problem is that not even the DOJ has an idea as to how to implement this stuff... and when they do launch on certain sites they have pegged.. how it will stand up in court.
