Content Providers -Spam here with New 2257 complaint material

I am still looking for content suppliers to supply me with 2257 compliant materials. But BEFORE YOU RESPOND , you better be ready to disclose exactly how you are going to be complaint.

By my definition, if you are saying you are compliant with the NEW 2257 regs, you better also tell me that you will be immediately sending me a copy of the model release, a list of model aliases, and copy of the photo ID WITHOUT any areas blacked out. Oh yah, and your model release better show me that you have the legal authorization to provide me with the model's personal details.

O.K., all you programs who have said they are ready to be compliant, step up to the plate.

And a message for all you webmasters out there. You are right..the sky is falling. Looks like the number of businesses who are actually prepared for the new regs is very slim indeed.

Just one other observation. Take a look at how many people have viewed this thread. Now compare this number with the number of people who have viewed threads with "the sky is falling" type titles. The sky is falling threads are doing laps around threads like this one.

So, why do I find this interesting? Because..this thread offers a solution to the 2257 dilemma. It's quite simple...the gov't wants the adult industry to adhere to new rules. The content suppliers in this thread have stated that they are compliant to the new rules. End of story.

And yes, I know, we all have tons and tons of existing content that we don't want to simply discard. But, time to pay the piper folks. That's probably exactly what will happen, and no amount of complaining on this board is going to change that.

We are manually compliant with the law currently, we will be putting an automated compliance system in place by hopefully June 23rd 2005. However, we do comply with the new 2257 regulations.

What other content company is fully compliant with copies of IDs, driver license, release form, addresses, aliases, real name etc...

Also, a stamp of approval by an attorney that everything is compliant to the new law.
