paypal is not blocking epass
it is just the security they have set up

ebay and paypal are owned all by the same company


I have my epassporte on my ebay account


it is just how the security is set up as epassporte is setup out of a random country that more than likely does not match your country

Yah it mentioned something about the country. I guess I can get a gift card at my bank but I know theres some online ones that will make it easier
