"Every Public company states something similar in there Q's and K's to protect themselves" not the ones making money, which this company is not. the numbers don't lie. an understanding of simple accounting verfies that the statements made are the only statements that could be made. it would be impossible and untruthful to say the company expects to continue as a going concern. numbers don't lie unless you do. next
