2257 and content feeds?

    2257 and content feeds?

    I didnt read anything in the new law about purchased feed content.
    Youre not hosting it, but youre causing it to be seen by linking to them and having a business interest in your paysite customers seeing the feeds.

    Anyone have more information if this requires records of all models in the feeds?
    That'd be incredibly difficult to manage.

                  I've thought the same thing.

                  having read the new published regs, i not so sure a site linking to a plugin would be considered a "producer" or a "secondary producer" more importantly.

                  all the site is doing is providing a hyperlink- they are not publishing the material or producing it- the plugin business is.

                      hate to pull some of our feeds....what will the sites that only have feeds do?
