I experienced same once and asked if they could check it out. They could not find anything wrong, they said, and asked if I had received mail about the sales. Unfortunately I had not subscribed to those email reports, so what could I do?
The best thing is to subscribe for email sale reports, so you have "evidence", in case they dissappear. Think thats is best for both parts.
