I'm curious. When they start cracking down on everyone, is it soley going to be about being compliant NOW... or will they be also going after those who made alot of money and sold out and were not compliant?

if you were the custodian of records, the law was 5 years - the proposed regs were 7.
but if you were the custodian, and stopped acting as custodian when you left, you were already in violation of the law unless you did your full 5 years already...Got Gay and For Women Traffic?
