How do you start an auction site up? Get people to post auctions to a new site
How do you get people to start posting things for auction when the site is new? Who is gonna post something when there is only like 10 items of your own up for auction?
Do you have to pick a certain product and start from there and add more categories when your site gets more popular? How did Ebay get all those auctions up from the start? And no I'm not trying to take on Ebay
