I have to disagree. I tried them Cajun style (because I liked the way alligator tasted) and thought they tasted just like I would think swamp water would taste.

My date and I both had one and ended up giving them away to the people at the table next to us.

What's Cajun style?

I had them fried and they did taste a lot like chicken to me. The only problem is that there's very little meat on frog legs, so its more of an appetizer.

Alligator tail is VERY tasty though. Also a lot like chicken...lol
