What release you use for shoots.
Im curious to see some of you other guys Model release forms for adult shoots. My basic release is only two pages and pretty simple but i have heard of some of you guys having 10 page releases, what the hell could be on all those pages?

ours is a one page release. it covers everything and even includes an area for the model's thumbprint.

I got ours from our Attoney.. Probably best if you are going to shoot your own content to get a check list from an attoney and model release.. There are new 2257 regs so you have to be proactive and protect yourself!!!

Can anybody post a word or pdf file of a template they use for release forms. I really do not need an attonery to make me a new one as I paid too much for my first one. I just want to maybe get an idea or two from yours. I dont really shoot hardcore porn so do you guys use different releases for that?
