Couldn't they just require submitters to host the thumbs - maybe even use iFrames to pull in the submitter hosted thumb previews or something?
The big players will make it work. |

Has anyone actually confirmed the new regulations yet? As of last night, it was all speculation.
Besides, there is always the chance of a lawsuit striking this harassment tactic down. |
