How did I get up to smoking a pack a day of cigarrettes?

I used to be 5-10 cigs a day, but realized lately I am buying cigarette packs almost daily.

I don't even know how to spell cigarette properly, I shouldn't even be smoking what I can't spell!!

I am just really pissed at myself right now when I realized how much my smoking has increased.

And now I know it is psychological bullshit vs. a nicotine fit or something. I think 'cigarette' and then I have one. If I don't, then I freak out that I won't have one and then I will smoke two in a row.

Have no idea what triggered this chain smoking nightmare. I hate it.

ok! I'm done with this rant but I am determined to change this situation.

i once read on a health magazine the bad effects of smoking on my health... like lung cancer, asthma, bad breath etc etc etc...

thats why i quit....
