Verotel system error on May 15 - NO compensation!

The individual with usercode 'xxxxxxxx' and passcode 'xxxxxxxx' bought a subscription last Sunday at your website: http://www.xxxxxxxxx.com Unfortunately, this transaction was not correctly handled due to a system error. Because of this the transaction has been refunded. ----------------------------------------------- 12 signups/$29.95 = $360 bucks refunded because of an error in their system! And no compensation!
