photoshop is the most advanced software,so takes time..... if you plan to make just few logos better have some professional guy to do them.

 I use this 8-yr old piece of software for almost all my designs. Gets the job done quick and effectively. |

Photoshop is the only way to go, pricey, but if you know the right people

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants think about that |

Definitely Photoshop, but it's about $695.
Try Fireworks also, a lot cheaper. Or there is a little program out there (or there used to be) called PhotoDraw by Microsoft, that was extremely easy to use, and very cheap.

if you use it for logos, use Macromedia Freehand or Adobe Illustrator. Photoshop is not really the best product for professional logos.

 On a side note. Xara X1 is good for logo designs. I use it in combination with fireworks MX. Never touch photoshop.
