We monitor our servers 24/7. A NOC is something that typically a backbone provider has. I dont consider a room with 1 graveshift worker looking at montitors a NOC...
A NOC to me is more like NASA OPERATIONS CENTER.... we have those things in place, but I think alot of those places are vaporware facilities.... What really matters
is that we have monitoring systems in place and have human beings paying attention
to those screens. So if a NOC is a place where people look at monitors and react, then yes we do. But to me I dont like to call it a NOC because thats more of a backbone or telco thing....
