Two color versions of logo

I like the first one more, simply because it is more vibrant then the second logo.

the font tends to be not so readable.. anyway, about the color, the first one catches the eye more.

first one attracted my eyes.
but the second one -i think- is nicer.. would do great as an overlay on pics

The first one looks better, all black is boring and unatractive. (atleast less attractive than colours)

the first is a bit better as it is more attracting, but I would suggest to take another fontand get rid of the shadows
