Load it up into segments. So the surfer doesn't wait long. Like load the first row of thumbs as a separate file the next row as separate. That way there not sitting around waiting for it to load.

As someone already said, this could be done with regular rollover a lot easier. It loses the flashy appeal of the opacity fade, but its easier to update and impliment. Not to mention it cuts on load time.

I am not all too familiar with the adult scene, I just browse because it's interesting. So I don't know how current TGP scripts work, but I do back-end development for lots of sites and I am pretty sure I could easily write a script that would allow you to upload the two images you want to have displayed then thumbnail them for you, and set up rollover for the images.

Again, not sure if there is already something that will do that for you or not but.. if anyone thinks its worth working on it would give me something to do.

i did that once with dom, filters can do that trick and visitors don't have to have flash

Pretty cool man nice to see someone thinking out of the box. :thumbsup I did not have a problem with load time on my end. It took about a whole 5 seconds.
