    I just now realized that Paula Abdul was an Arab. [pic]

    I never stopped and put 2 and 2 together (her name, Paula Abdul) and realized she was an Arab. Not that I hold that against her, I just thought it was odd that I never thought of it before until my buddy brought it to my attention. I thought she was hispanic or something.

    Kasey Kasem (from American Top 40 fame) is also Arab-American. Man, I just never put it together.

              I'm not saying that it's a bad thing by any stretch of the imagination. I just thought it was odd that I never put Abdul as an Arab name and always thought she was Hispanic.
