We have so many of us in the GTA ... that I think it would be fabulous to start an alliance of all TO area webmasters ...

That is my whole point to these gatherings ... have fun and network like a mofo !!!

The only reason most go to Vegas is the parties anyways ... more business is done at the parties than in the convention I think ...

Judging by the positive response I have got ... this will be a monthly event at least

pr0, if your flying up try to grab yourself a room at the Novotel Toronto Center. It's right downtown with some great resturants and bars on the same street as it; plus you have easy access to the underground for walking around without having to go out in the cold. Ask them for a corporate rate; when they tell you they don't deal with your company ask them what kind of deal they can give you. You should be able to get a 2 room suite with couch and king size bed for about $125/night Canadian. They don't tell people about that deal usually. All around nice rooms and a hell of a lot better then the $250/night a lot of the other places will try to charge you for a regular room.

I dought very much you need a greencard or a passport to get into Canada. I'm sure simple ID like drivers license will do. I just called the US customs because i was planing a trip from Montreal to Cali and they said a drivers license was fine. US customs are usualy worst then Canadians. I'm sure regular ID is fine. Unless you look like binladen.

Getting into Canada is Cake Getting into US even if you are a citizen is like Being Interagated The Border Guards are mean and they are trying to Make you think you are a canadian
