You're absolutely right

It's really not fair to group content/models or account reps in the same group as female webmasters who aren't in front of the camera. They aren't the same thing. Of course if content/models do their own design/maintenance/ and/or generate traffic etc, that's different.. But just content/models etc is NOT the same thing as a female webmaster (webmistress).
