What to do with exit traffic?
Bleh i'm stumped. I have plenty of it, but not sure how to use it to turn a nice profit. Any ideas? ( no exit brokers please, i'm not interested in losing traffic for .0000004 or whatever the rates are.)

You need to build your own web within a web so to speak. Recycle that traffic around and around until they are either worn out and worthless or they have bought something.
