It does not take a scientist to see what metaformX was doing was publicity.
I saw it as a publicity stunt anyways.
No one comes out with 200 signups per day standing on a single Anal site the first week anyone with half a brain knows that.
No one drops to a 50/50 and states that it is for the benefit of affiliates.

Metaformx maybe lied to potential affiliates but not exhisting ones.
Metaformx didnt attack programs to gain a spotlight, he had his own thing even if it was self destructive it's completely bad form for other affiliate program operator's to talk mad shit and spam there wares in the midst of it all.
There position and tactics stepped over some boundaries in fairness IMHO.

I never once spammed my program during all of that shit. I never said "hey MetaformX is full of shit, you should promote me instead"

He lied about his numbers, got caught using fake nicks for a "traffic test" and then photoshopped the stats...if I did that tomorrow you'd start 100 threads a day on GFY for the next year about it.

I hate fake nics myself but at least he was using them for his own ends since they are somewhat permitted around here.

TO a degree I have learned to accept fake nics as a casualty but there is no stopping them really. As long as they do not fuck with me I do not really care.

Meta didnt attack anyone during the process with Fake NICS or his own Nic.
Thats what I look for in people carefully. I personally do not like hostile people even though admittedly I am often hostile around here since I often have no choice.

You two were totally out of control. Maybe Meta culd have turned around and admitted using fake nics, maybe he was doing fine, maybe he wuld be fine today. He built his program got it off the ground and tried to hard using a pretty risky tactic.
