I think I have now over 250 DVD's and losing room. Someone needs to make a device that can hold a harddrive full of dvds and keep the dvd quality.

for about $10k you get a media center that stores about 1tb of dvds archived from the originals.

a couple hundred and about 20 on my amazon wishlist (great way of keeping track of what i want)

i'm picky tho...I'm not type that owns all the Rocky and Rambo DVDs, for instance

get a dvd burner and put them in a big cd wallet. just write the names on them in marker and you can flip through it. i have almost a 256 cd wallet full.

Yea you can rip them and use something like deamon tools to mount the iso. You'll need a lot of hd space though
