    serious domain question

    if you have a domain and sell it and then the buyer uses that domain to make fun of you and your business, can you sue them?

              I fthey are causing you to lose business because of it and what they are saying is not true I am sure you would have a case. Ask an atty.

                      they have a legit lawsuit going against paypal, and also most of that site falls under freedom of speech cause they are just expressing opinions
