Anyone used NetLimiter or some other bandwidth management software for Windows?
I need to limit the download/upload transfer rate for ONLY ONE application, is NetLimiter the best tool for the job?

Yes , i have been using it for some months. You can limit bandwith for chosen applications but there are some apps incompatible, for example flashfxp or google deskbar.

I guess I'll have to give it a try, spent about 1 hour on Google, looks like NetLimiter is the most popular. |
