    Fucking Slow GUY ! (PIC)



    Ok so this guy showed up one day in Santa cruz.. he walks at a snails pace 1 foot in front of the other.. he stops traffic as he takes more than 5 miniutes to cross the street..

    more recently he has taken up wearing pink drag and lots of makeup and he hikes his skirt up when he steps off the curb hahhaah


    anyone can top this with some funny shit from their fucked up town ?

          Hello all...

          Being a downtown worker for 5 years I have become familiar with many of the local flair.

          Remember Robert Stefen? About 1 year or more ago he would sit in front of what was then game-a-lot, He would always say "have a nice day" to any passerby. Which was a bit strange as he had so much stuff covering him, and covering is face except for one eye peering out from a veil of black plastic trash bag. He had a proclamation written up on cardboard stating his run for presidency and his policys. Remember him now? Well he kinda up and vanished after awhile...

          Now, anyone notice the guy that walks very slowly? He often carries an umbrella. He always wears a hawaiian shirt, pink pants, white shoes and glasses. He has a permanent smile on his face and walks extremely slowly...making tiny slow-motion baby steps.

          Well I heard someone say he is Robert Steffen, fresh from a check-in at the local brain-spa so to speak. Yesterday I overheard someone talking to him. And they addressed him as Robert.

I love Santa Cruz, it's one of my fav places to visit a couple times a year but yes I have to agree with your rant.... I think the 20 year old hippies bug me the most!! They have no fucking idea what being a hippy is! BTW the blue ladies were two old dudes who rode bikes around town and always wore blue dresses and blue hair and then one day one of them died and no one has ever really seen the other guy anymore..... pizza my heart kicks major ass!

The funny thing is he drives around in an old beat up fucking red truck hanging everybody the bird, I have seen him in a local mall flying the 1 finger salute at every person who passes him, even little kids. Its a wonder he is still alive. He lives on the same road as a friend of mine and if you drive by his house he will shoot you a bird from his porch as you go by.

                                                                                                                                                                                          in my town we had a homeless fellow that went by the name of "California Steve" or "Steve The Bum" he was supposedly in vietnam and when he came back he was all whacked out in the head, his mother who still lives in a nursing home in our town takes some care of him, you can tell because he does change clothes all the time and always seems to be pretty cleaned up, but he walks around with plastic bags on his sneakers and mumbles shit.. he's a crazy motherfucker i had some pics of him i have to dig them up he's definately a local legend our town is only about 1 sq. mile. So everyone knows him or of him.
