WTF are you talking about, idiot? That reply was to the Mexican, not you. There you go again...ALWAYS assuming that things are about you. Get a fucking life you moron. I've been finished with you for awhile but if you want to start things up again...Just say the word. Once again, I suggest you simply STFU before it costs you more than you can afford. |

Committed suicide in North Hollywood, California. Died of self-inflicted gunshot wound. "He inspired the TV-series "Fantasy Island" (1978) where he took the role of Tattoo, the faithful servant of Mr. Roarke (Ricardo Montalban). This series was a great success and thanks to it Villechaize became famous and rich, mostly because of his enigmatic and charming smile. In 1983 he argued with the producers of the show in order to earn as much money as Montalban but instead, he was fired; he also lost his model-actress wife. The series continued without him but stopped one year later, when the media response meter decreased because of the lack of Tattoo's character! Villechaize became alcoholic and depressed, so he missed several roles that he was offered. His health problems also increased (mostly suffering from ulcers and a spastic colon), and he nearly died of pneumonia in 1992. On the afternoon of Saturday September 4th, 1993, after having watched a movie, he wrote a note and made a tape recording before shooting himself in his backyard. His common-law wife Kathy Self discovered his body and called the ambulance which took him to the Medical Center of North Hollywood where he died at 3:40 pm. Villechaize was cremated and his ashes were scattered off Point Fermin, in Los Angeles." See, even a lame thread can become educational. |

Aaron, eat the bandwidth charges and add "USD" to your pricelists --- problems like this will go away, then you can go back to all your other problems.

Well now, that seems reasonable. Please tell me what legal paperwork is required under Mexican law and I will have my grunt worker send you what you need. BTW, he says you have yet to contact him at the ICQ number I provided for you. |

Why is it a problem when people try and buy content in a different currency. You would think BOTH PARTIES involved in the deal would know 100% what EACH was getting. I have bought content a couple of times now so by no means am I a 'veteran' buyer or webmaster. But I knew EXACTALY what I was getting and how much i was going to pay.
I can't believe that on 2 different occasions people would have the same problem. And if you are going to sell to people in other currencies I would be DAMN sure that they knew how much of their local currencies was expected. It sounds like this is the 2nd time it has happened. Aaron, you would think after the first time it happened you would try and save yourself the headache and make sure that the chap knows how much he is supposed to pay. I guess him not being able to talk \ type very good English might have been a factor as well. But none the less, this is the 2nd time if I am not mistaken? This is another reason why everything should be documented on paper (not ICQ as we all have heard) to ensure that the deal goes 100% as planned. Don't forget having something in writing will be beneficial to the seller as well as the buyer in any dispute. Good luck to the both of you in the dispute. Now its time for some porpcorn. Anyone have some extra? :helpme |
