So Whats The Dealio With The Oystein / Tucker LawSuit?

With all the Studio Trash drama this seems to have been missed.

Anyone got the skinny on whats happening?

Seems Tucker allegedly diverted $75k of funds to himself and others.

Also it appears that their DRM license is about to expire

Regards,

Lee

Only reason i ask is because you said..

Quote:
?It?s very sad. [Oystein] has chosen not to communicate, he?s chosen to take malicious action, and he?s chosen to attempt to cause irreparable damage to my reputation to conduct business,? Tucker tells AVNOnline.com.

Tucker also said that Playa DRM?s software license is set to expire tomorrow and that company as it is known is through.

?I can?t see what?s recoverable,? he says.
In an AVN article i just read here..

http://www.avnonline.com/index.php?P...tent_ID=226332

If we arent to beleive everything we read, does that mean you lied in that interview with AVN?

Where does this put clients of MPA or PlayaDRM btw?

Regards,

Lee

Just to make one thing VERY CLEAR here!

Mansion Productions has no interest in Playa or its products. There are no conection between Mansion Productions and Playa Solution. So what ever happen to playa will not in any way shape or form affect Mansion.

Just felt it was in its place to make sure everyone understand this

That would be Salems, and I'm sitting on the patio enjoying one with my third cup of coffee.

Face it, Lee, you just try to stir up shit wherever you can. You've managed to alienate most everyone that ever liked you, and you're certainly not a credit to GA.

Oh your talking about us banning your friends over on GWW.

Face facts Kimmy, they brought nothing but shit to GWW, their board is a miserable failure, just as their board of years past was.

As for not being a credit to GA, im sorry i wasnt aware our relationship was supposed to be built on how much money / respect / net worth we can bring each other.

No, I'm not talking about GWW.

As for GA, he's always been a very likeable guy. It's a shame that you go around trying to piss people off because you're a little drama queen.

Fuck Fuck Fuck

If in fact all of the licenses stop functioning tomorrow for their paying clients everybody involved quabbling over money and ownership can go fuck themselves. This would be detrimental to at least dozens if not hundreds of merchants that have all of their video encoded.

Ok Jason, I am normally not a drama boy on boards, I try to spend my time on our customers and handling our own business. But this one was under the belt!

I tried to contact you on ICQ before this post but you where not there, so thats why I post this here now.

I have tried not to take any side in this mess between you and Oystein simply because it don't have anything to do with Mansion. And that was the only thing I have said to anyone about this. I have never said anything bad about you to anyone, and now you go posting this!

I give you exactly 1 hour to come up with an excuse for this post OR I will tell the story Mansion Production have with you and Falcon !

Sure, several companies including ours were told on numerous occasions by Mansion that it was our own fault MPA2 did not work. Instead of finding a solution and solving the problem to satisfaction, we were told we were to blame. You know who I am refering to and lets leave that alone.

**********NEWS FLASH*****************
MPA3 works from what I have heard and that is great news for all involved.
*************************************

With respect to Falcon/Mansion, I would consult an attorney prior to making public items to which would require you to breach your own confidentiality agreement and thereby expose you to potential litigation.

I leave with this...I have nothing personally against you either except that you and Oystein serving my wife and I with a frivilous lawsuit the week of our wedding to which Oystein was supposed to be the best man was a little uncalled for and in poor taste to say the least.

In my post I was simply stating fact and nothing more.

I didnt get your icq...please ping me again and we can continue this if you like.

What a fucking mess. How about this...

All involved parties keep the mess to themselves and the court system.

Come together with a combined statement to the public about the future of PlayaDRM so that it's customers can sleep at night. Everyone must appreciate that there are hundreds of families all the way down the food chain that literally put food on their table relying on this solution.

Best of luck,

Brad
