I am a strong union supporter but this looks like they went way out of hand. The general contractor should be the one who gets the "bad" press. He was just trying to save money and get better margins.

Maybe 75 years ago, but not any more. Unions, like french fries, are uniquely Americanized and really have nothing to do with where they originated in most cases these days...

That is how its supposed to work. That isn't how it works.

Unions are a joke. They're ran by people that don't give a rats ass about their members, they just like making the members think their best interests are being addressed.

A couple years ago there was a big grocery store strike here. It was kind of funny. You would go in to get your weekly groceries and the employees would start yelling at you as if you should actually care. I need my food, bugger off.
