GFY! Help critique my resume - GoFuckYourself.com

I'm going to be applying at a few local design places and want to make sure everything's in tip-top order before I start contacting them. A few things right off the bat:

1) I know the "Digital Portfolio" doesn't work - I'm still organizing that.
2) I'm still awaiting 4 letters of recommendation which will accompany the one that is already there
3) Before you tell me it's "out-there" or doesn't look "professional" -- I know. I figure I'll be applying to design companies and advertising agencies who will (hopefully) remember something "different" and "creative."

Aside from that, rip me apart or give me praise

Oh two other things:

There will be more "References" soon, just waiting to verify with a few old employers.

I know the "Download" links at the bottom don't work yet.

The objective needs work...

In an objective -- no employer cares about what you hope to "gain". Personally, I'd rework it to show what you can offer.

OBJECTIVE

Gain a position in the Graphic Design / Advertising field. Maintain industry standards while creating professional, effective, aesthetically-pleasing print and internet solutions.

this would sound better....

OBJECTIVE

To create cutting edge, aesthetically pleasing, high converting print and internet promotions for clients by implementing my knowledge of graphic design and advertising solutions.

I'd leave ", high converting" out...

But that's definitely a step in the right direction.
