I concur with what my colleagues say above.

We have 15 high-spec dedicated boxes with Sago and the experience on the whole has been very positive.

Support is second to none.

Jason is probably the most on the ball sales guy I have ever delt with.

yay for ice cream.

go jason. this is a great deal. I also host with sagonet and was one of the first to use scsi drives there under this plan.
