I am not living in US and all my business are not conduct in the my country. So I don't think of a reason I need a onshore company.
25k, yeah that might be for some bank but normally, you don't need that much money in order to have a offshore account.
I already got a offshore account, but the bank no longer doing business with foreigner, so that's why I am looking for another bank.Comment

Ill help you, free of charge : there is no - I repeat no - offshore bank anymore that accepts 1. adult and 2. personal accounts.
So you can do 2 things, 1. open a new account take the risk and see if they keep your money like the last Lithuanian bank (do a search) or 2. make proper arrangements, cough up and be safe.
Let me remind you 2 weeks is all it takes to find your account if its on a personal bases. I can and so can the IRS.

I can use 2.5k to setup a offshore company and have nominee bank signatory service (someone who manage and open a bank account, you don't even need to show your information to the bank). Of course, you might think it's rather risky, but most of the nominee are lawyer, it might incease confidences.Comment

Nominees are nice, did you check to whom they disclose? Oh and if the bank doesnt ask refs or not copies with apostilles etc then you might wanna recheck that bank again. They disclose the Nominees information only. When you setup your offshore, I think you will also need Nominees director and shareholder. In this way, it will give you more protection.Comment
