Can I legally spam to anyone as long as I have removal links and mailing addresses? Is that what CAN SPAM says?

Is that why I'm getting 300+ spams a day?

Well, yeah, except for a couple of other things:

You can't fuck with the headers. You have to have "SEXUALLY EXPLICIT:" (spelled correctly) in the subject if you are mailing porn. The remove address MUST work, and the address in the mail for mailing must be correct. The product you are selling must be legal and functional.

Basically, your getting spammed by scammers, cheaters, and liars... don't think for a second that any of their stuff is honest.

DELETE ALL SPAM - Never buy from them.
