TM3 Traffic manager 3 bug?

So I am setting up TM3 tonight and add the following /cgi-bin/tm3/l?p=100&u= before all my links. I notice when I add it to anything ccbills site it deletes anything after a & sign in the url. Is this a bug?

Correction %26
The urls don't show up right..press reply to view them
The solution is very simple. Simply replace the & signs with %26. See this example. Instead of this:
http://yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/tm3/l?...&c=SponsorLink

Use this:
http://yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/tm3/l?...&c=SponsorLink

Voila!
