TGP Galleries, Link Trades & Advice Needed

I am starting up a new tgp.

At present I am getting about 500 hits a day, which is up from like 50 last week. I am getting about 2500 email submissions a day so it is growing a little every day.

I just got approval and will purchase hits from Choker which should give this site a boost. I plan on starting those hits when I get a decent amount of galleries submitted. Probably by the end of the week.

I see most of the large tgp sites do link trades by referrals, does anyone know of any places where we can do small size trades to get traffic up?

If anyone can get my site listed anywhere where I get a decent amount of hits, I can give you or even a link to your sponsor with your codes on it on a place on the site that we agree on.

I am open to any suggestions that anyone may have on getting this site off the ground...
