If he does any search thing won't it trigger an issue so parking it at sedo or those options are iffy. The agian if the traffic is huge just got for it and make your $8 back and then some.

They are still standing.. Cant google sue em? well the goggle.com one i know the owner and he has had the site for years. He gets ~100k hits/day..

Acronyms are generic in nature.

There is never a guarantee, and each case is unique, but a number of URDP decisions have shown that the panelists agree with the above.

So, I would park the domain with a good PPC program. See sig for an example.

Well I think it would be pretty obvious a search engine feed would be best on that site, give them what they want, if like you said you regged it first and its legal.
