If you agree that there is good and bad in all races, you have to say that any group of people are capable of this (and history has examples where all groups have done exactly this). Circumstances, culture, and resources play a significant role.

None of this would have to do with blacks getting more jail time for the same crimes as whites, studies have been done on this.Also how many young black males have a rich daddy and mommy to help them pay for a high priced lawyers when someting goes bad.

If you don't commit crimes you receive zero jail time. Do you think that it all has to do with sentencing and not the fact you're in front of a judge in the first place? 4% (white) vs. 33% (black) can not be explained away so easily.
