Andrej you know your shit buddy, I won't argue with ya. What I will say tho is what I said in my previous post, XGAPE is an extremely nice site, it converts great to trial for me. Just doesn't do so great onwards.

I guess I need to wait and see what changes take place to entice the members to stay longer. Perhaps the addition of some new sites to the Studio Cash programme will make people renew. Must be tough trying to get people to stay just for one site, when other programmes offer 10+ sites.

Only time will tell.

damn man I just checked that site....OF COURSE it's gonna convert well because the one dollar trial option is the first option in the drop down menu...that basically means that the dollar option is already PRECHECKED!

I could easily see a surfer saying, "Hey, what the hell? It's only a buck" and signs up especially with those good vidcaps on the tour....So what I'm assuming is that after they paid their dollar and busted their nut, their brains comes back down to normal and they say that there is no way in HELL that they're going to pay 38 bucks for some shit that they just jerked to for one measly dollar.

Man that will NEVER work....What he needs to do is dump the trial altogether and just choose a reasonable monthly fee.....I don't let my surfers even see one second of video of a hoe sucking my dick until they've paid at least $24.95 and up to $99.95..

If your shit is that good, just charge the surfer up front and get the pain part over with. Then you just keep adding content and the surfer will be more willing to let his card rebill since he's already been billed for the previous 30 days...

Metaformx couldn't have POSSIBLY consulted with anybody before he put that join page up. That's just inviting the cheapie surfers by the boatload.

If you don't want to have exits and be agressive, just offer $20-25/trial signup and there you go. If you're going to offer both PPS and Revshare, you don't have to pay $35/trial while you learn the basics of running at PPS model.

Also, adding new prorgams in NATS is so ridiculously easy, you could keep offering per active, but at let's say $50/signup. Just a thought ;)

Other NATS program owners correct me if I'm wrong, but can we usually see the rebills with the sales in the same column like on his screenshot? Shouldn't only the new sales show up there, and you'd have to go to detailed stats report to see the rebills?

Hmmmm...maybe it's because niche sites and single girl sites retain members. Large programs like yours generally make their $$$ on the upsells and shit. Your affiliates are going to make less money with you now and you know it.

Interesting story about this, i was talking to the techs at my hosting center, (they all know im in the porn business) and they said another guy was in the porn hosting business in the center.
