                                                      There should be a staute of limitations on chargebacks. Are we to beleive that someone is so stupid as to not notice charges on thier CC for 10 months or more? Appearantly the CC companies think their customers are that retarded. I say if after 3 month you still don't notice charges on your CC you DESERVE not to get your money back.

                                                                  You can only chargeback transactions for 180 days from the time of settlement. It's long, but there is a limit.

                                                                      i HATE that shit. some ass hat stays around for months and then charges back all the months. i have had that happen several times and it pisses me off to the point of murder.
