its not frozen, I just can't do anything with the account until i verify it with a bank account or credit card

Change you addy to your real addy... have PayPal cut you a check, sign the check with the fake name and give it to someone with a bank account and have them sign it and cash it as a third party. As long as no one complains tha the funds were stolen, then in one shot your done... hopefully lesson learned...

I can't see why it wouldn't work. Was a bad idea to begin with
