Proxy Mailings is ILLEGAL. Even in Canada and Europe. There are other computer laws besides the CAN SPAM Act ...

CAHEK is one of the worst spammer judging from previous posts from and about him: He generates MASSIVE complaints, but he still makes only little money ...
