well, i'm not sure if they are the laziest or least intelligent. but in dealing with them in business i have found that they are mostly argumentative and belligerent. i don't know why the US govt thinks they can talk any sense into those people.
as a culture i have found them very difficult to do business with, especially to western standards.
mostly because they don't tell the truth during negotiations. they are mostly worthless fucks.
