That's network uptime, not server uptime.
Everyone promises 4 or 5 nines worth of uptime....but they're referring to the SLA they have with the bandwidth provider.

If the majority of webmasters were educated then your services would not be needed for this, or any other product.

Seems to me that the uneducated webmasters cover a larger market share and are more easily sold/converted.
