    I don't think you should put yourself as a copyright on work that my wife did for free.

    You don't have a copyright to that work. You didn't build it.

                      We purchased those sites from CSW Cash and I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.

                      Rather than coming on a board and posting this, why not just ask what the situation was.

                      I don't know you or your wife and never had any agreement with either of you. If you wanted your wife to be credited for a site she built for free for someone else (I am just taking your word for it) all you needed to do was approach me like a gentleman instead of calling me a thief and accusing me of stealing someone else's intellectual property.

                      The claims you make are no where in the legal contract in which we purchased those site, their designs, and the content.

This sounds like it was just an oversight on someone's part (CSW) OR an assumption made on someone elses part (AST) that wasn't actually going to happen. Who knows, I don't know the full story, good luck with the sites.

All we have is your word, if you had an agreement with Tam, it was not forwarded to us.

However, it was not. We have invested alot of money in our program, and in our reputations. For you to come on and attempt to smear us with a situation that we had no idea existed warranted our response.

                                                                                                                                                                                              The banner thing isn't true...he never flew a big banner in his sig, just the same 120x60 button that I made. Someone over at that other board saw that www.adult-site-traffic.com had a good google rank and decided to try to get AST to run a banner for him on the traffic site, and when he said no, AST was told that he could no longer run a banner at that board. That is when things got nasty. AND AST never asked you to help him get any money rom the butcher..that is too funny.

                                                                                                                                                                                              I do howver, agree with the fact I am embarrased because of this thread. This is the first and LAST time that AST will ever be inolved in my design work. Luckily, most of my business is not from GFY, I keep a low profile and I'm a nice person.
