50 less sales last 3-4 days........

yes, a weird week, and i don't bullshit.

one day great, next day VERRRRY slow, on almost identical traffic.

yesterday somewhat slow, today a little better.

steady form hits.

which makes me think ccbill is tweaking scrub to get under a certain threshhold for it's total portfolio.

I've gotten more denial emails in the last 30 day period than any 30 day period in oh..the last 3-4 years I would say. (From CCBill)

This has been a VERY bad week for me. I kicked major ass last month and then this week I dropped about 40% or so of my sign ups. :-(

The 5th was slow, it picked up as the day went on. The last few hours signups picked up.

I also have problems with sales and I now why they are so low!

April rocked for me as well as May 1,2,3,4 but Thursday sucked huge.

yea a few of my conversions are definately falling the fuck off !

since may 1st I had 1 stellar day. The rest have been below average. Nothing serious, but off by 5-10 sales.
Whats weird is i was 1:450 all day up until 6pm and then it slowed for 3 days straight after 6 pm to 11:59 pm. Dont get me wrong, it was still a decent day, but I hate it when each day isnt better than the last.

My traffic and ratio is consistent. It doesn't fluctuate much... but my ratio took a dive on Friday the 6th. The week started off great and then went straight to hell. I was like WTF? The sponsor I'm sending to has their own merchant account... I *think* ... I know it's not any of the major 3rd party billing companies though.

This has happened every year for 5+ years now... randomly throughout the year. I worry because I never know if my ratio will stay like that permanently or go back to normal. Ugh... yay for stressful days! :disgust

Don't expect it to get better the coming months.

Winter means people are indoors in front of their computer. Summer means they are outside doing other things..

thanks for the heads up. this is a first for me. I need to file this in with the NFL days (under sporting events slow downs) ... didn't know soccer final cup affected my sales, thanks for pointing that out.

Do you hardly think that 30 or 40 people responding to a thread that is titled " Low Sales all ove the last 3 - 4 days" is going to attract many people who are doing good. Do you really think 40 or so people, about 1/4 of whch siad they are having good sales anyway, really is an accurate sampling of the adult internet industry ?

Might as well rename these threads " if your sales are down post here and post the reasons why you think they are down... " funny how NO ONE questions their own traffic, their own sites, anything that they have done, it is always something else, never them.

for some reason, the end of april and start of may were a lot slower than last 8 months
i don't know the reason so i'm just working harder (trying to work smarter)

WTF??? It kills me seeing some of these sites that get tens and hundreds of thousands of people a day and they aren't merchandising anything but porn.

So much extra money can be made if you just diversify your offerings a bit.

Your point may be partially true from an individual affiliate standpoint but not when a sponsor with tons of traffic coming in from hundreds of active affiliates experiences the same.

Past couple days things are getting back to normal BUT something was up earlier this week to take a 50% dive for a couple days. I have no idea what caused it though. I'm just glad the sales are back now. :)

I spoke to alot of people. Big affiliates and program owners. It was down since the first of may. Yesterday and today are great though.

Yeap doing awesome here with ClickCash as well. Since everyone else is complaining about slow downs and we seem to be doing better then normal, maybe it is the company they are using that is the problem... how else would you explain it ?

its easier to sell something, when you concentrate on 1 thing, concentrate on more things and you may end with 0 sales
