The local news just reported that a dude was arrested for hiding a video camera in the girls locker room of an Albuquerque gym. He was only charged with a misdemeanor because voyeurism is considered a public nuisance, but the cops confiscated all his tapes in his car and at his home.

Here in Portland, early last year, it was discovered that the operator of a local tanning parlor had hidden cameras in some of the tanning rooms. When this was exposed, it also came out that there is no local ordinance against this practice. However, some smart prosecutor looked at the tapes and was able to verify that some of the victims were minors, so this poor perv got it up the butt for child pornography.
