But I need it to say "DBL ELECTRONICS" with cool branding/logo.

Needs to be 373 x 46 pixels, white background.

If I use your design you make a quick $25US via PayPal for maybe 5 minutes of work.

No, to be honest we outsource all of our design work but our usual contact has gone MIA.

C'mon it won't take more than 5-10 minutes for this, how about $35US.
