Thanks Mike. I know BigB was looking into the number of attempts/cancels for upsells on my CEMags account and was seeing why so many attempts were being declined. Its not urgent though.

I have worked with Big B inthe past and he's the only guy that still scares the shit out of me just by picking up the phone. hehe

I have called him and every time i ask him how's he is he says in the most sacrastice monotone voice says Fair each and every time. I always thought he hated me then one day he aske me how I was!!!!... and proceeded to show me pics of his quad and jet ski's. It tooka good year to crack his skin but once you did you realize he had a heart of gold. GOOD LUCK BING B! WE are thining of you. Wishing you the best!
