In getting this error this morning when trying to send mail

The connection to the server has failed. Account: '[email protected]', Server: 'green2.oxeo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E I contacted my host and they said "the problem is on your end". I rebooted everything (pc, router, modem) and problem is still there. Any ideas? BTW: Oxeo, your tech this morning is a fucking idiot who ever he is. When your on ICQ with a client..NO MATTER THE SIZE....you dont leave someone hanging for 20 minutes with out a reply. Thats like having a phone call, and putting it on hold without saying a word. The last i heard of this assclown was "try rebooting your pc". After I rebooted he said he'd reboot the server and NEVER CAME BACK ONLINE. You fucking kidding me or what? We're going on 30mins+ here, STILL NO WORD. Ray

Looks like your ISP wants you sending port 25 traffic through their mail servers.

	Maybe try port 26. |

hey important question, what is your isp, meaning the one at home or your office, ask them if they are bblocking port 25. Many do and the number is increasing.

Although i believe your ISP has blocked your port 25, there is another thing that it could be, your hard drive might be full on the server.

Ok here is the scoop. Turns out the problem WAS in my end. My ISP had blocked port 25. Oxeo's tech took care of me and had me configure my outgoing server on a differnt port.

My Oxeo lashing above. First off let me say, I had over 70 orders in my inbox this morning that I HAD to reply to ASAP. Not being able to send my emails and fucking with rebooting and shit for 2 hours really fired me up. I know its no excuse to lash out like I did but I lost my patience..shit happens. My Sincere Apology goes out to that tech guy I called a "fucking idiot" and to anyone I offended over at Oxeo. You guys know its not like me to pull shit like that. However! Please undersatnd that leaving in the middle of a chat is reallllllly not cool. If one is busy or has other things to do...or even had a sudden case of the runs..its best to adivise the other party instead of just leaving them haging like that for 30 minutes and only coming back on when GFY is mentioned. Sorry. Anyway, enough of this I have orders to fill..Peace.

You see, this is what guys like you just dont understand. Its not about how long it took to help me. Its the fact that in the middle of a Chat session the tech took off for 30 minutes and left me there holding my cock without mention. He simply could have told me to hold on or brb or what everf the fuck. Get it??
