nope, I'm telling you that stop payments expire and these foriegn checks always end up getting cashed.

Staying out of the discussion here, but I can only imagine what the postal system in Brazil is like... Brazil is still a 3rd world country in my book, so I wouldnt exactly EXPECT a returned letter from there.
